EXPERIENCE -
Prior to joining National
Oilwell Varco, Jed's consulting and coaching career included work in
mining, manufacturing, energy, insurance, computer, forest products and
healthcare. He has successfully managed projects involving a wide range of
large-scale change methodologies including Rapid Work Redesign, high-impact work
teams, and breakthrough process reengineering. Jed is co-author of
Coach Anyone About Anything: How to Help People Succeed in Business and

After college graduation, Jed
entered the life insurance business and became a million dollar producer his
first year. At age 24 he was appointed Agency Manager for Provident Mutual Life
leading he and his associates to win that company's President's Trophy. After
eight successful years of insurance agency building, he joined an international
training & development company where he led and developed programs while
managing 43 program leaders and consultants.
EDUCATION & BACKGROUND -
Jed earned a B.A. in Communications &
Advertising from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, and a
Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree from The American College, Bryn Mawr,
Pennsylvania. He served as a Second Lieutenant and airplane pilot in the US
Army Transportation Corps. Jed is frequently invited to develop and lead
executive education programs and serve as a keynote speaker. He is certified in
a number of behavioral styles profiles.

Germaine holds a B.A. in Management from
Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Masters degree in

Training Laboratories). She is certified in a variety of behavioral styles
instruments. Germaine is a Life Member of CoachLab
International - Society of Professional Coaches and serves on the Advisory

Germaine
lives in Kingwood, Texas with her husband and enjoys the outdoors including
running, bicycling, and volunteering for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the
Montgomery County Youth Mentoring Program. She runs marathons for fun and
fitness. The American Business Women's Association (ABWA) presented Germaine
with the 2003 Board Award, for outstanding
